To get to Crowborough, if you're coming from London, take the M25 until you reach the M23 towards Brighton. Take the exit at Junction 10 and follow the signs for the A264 towards East Grinstead. From there, follow the A26 and then the signs for Crowborough.
If you're coming by train, Crowborough station is on the Uckfield line, which runs from London Bridge station. There are also direct trains from Ore, Eastbourne and Lewes.
If you're in the area, some nearby landmarks to visit include Ashdown Forest, which is just a short drive away from Crowborough and was the inspiration for the Hundred Acre Wood in Winnie-the-Pooh. Tunbridge Wells is also worth a visit, with its historic Pantiles and spa town feel.
The closest airport to Crowborough is London Gatwick Airport, which is approximately 20 miles away.
If you're driving from Gatwick, the best route would be via the M23 and then onto the A23 towards East Grinstead before joining the A26 to Crowborough. This should take around 40 minutes.
Alternatively, there are train services from Gatwick to Crowborough, which usually take around 45 minutes, although the journey may be longer at peak travel times.
