Visiting Cowes

To reach Cowes via driving, take the M3 to Southampton, then follow signs to the Isle of Wight ferry terminal. Once at the ferry terminal, take the ferry to East Cowes. From there, follow the signs to Cowes.

If traveling by rail, take the train to Southampton Central Station, then transfer to the Southampton to Cowes ferry. Disembark the ferry at East Cowes, and follow the signs to Cowes.

To get to Cowes from Newport, take the A3020 to Cowes. From Ryde, take the A3054 to Newport, then follow the A3020 to Cowes. From Yarmouth, take the A3054 to Newport, then follow the A3020 to Cowes.

The closest airport to Cowes is Southampton Airport, which is approximately 20 miles away. The suggested route would be to take the A3024 to the A33, then onto the M27 and exit at junction 4 towards the A3054 to Cowes.
