To get to St. Helens by car, from Liverpool city centre, follow the A57 towards Prescot and then take the A570 to St. Helens. From Manchester city centre, take the M62 towards Liverpool and exit at Junction 7 onto the A570.
If travelling by train, St. Helens is served by two main train stations: St. Helens Junction and St. Helens Central. Trains from Liverpool Lime Street and Manchester Victoria go directly to both stations.
For those travelling from nearby towns, there are several bus services that serve St. Helens, including the 10A from Liverpool, the 32 from Wigan and the 320 from St. Helens.
If driving from nearby landmarks, such as Knowsley Safari Park or Haydock Park Racecourse, follow the signs to St. Helens and the A570.

From the airport, you can take a taxi or hire a car to get to St. Helens. Alternatively, you can take the bus or train which will take you to the town centre or nearby train stations.
