Driving directions to Stornoway:

1. From Inverness, take the A835 towards Ullapool.
2. In Ullapool, take the ferry to Stornoway (Caledonian MacBrayne).
3. Once in Stornoway, follow signs to your destination.

1. Take the A90 towards Dundee.
2. In Dundee, take the A85 towards Perth.
3. In Perth, take the A9 north towards Inverness.
4. In Inverness, take the A835 towards Ullapool.
5. In Ullapool, take the ferry to Stornoway (Caledonian MacBrayne).
6. Once in Stornoway, follow signs to your destination.

Rail directions to Stornoway:

1. There is no railway line to Stornoway.
2. The nearest railway stations are in Inverness and Kyle of Lochalsh.
3. From Inverness or Kyle of Lochalsh, take a bus or drive to Ullapool.
4. In Ullapool, take the ferry to Stornoway (Caledonian MacBrayne).
5. Once in Stornoway, follow signs to your destination.

If you're arriving at Stornoway Airport, the easiest way to get to the town center is by taxi or bus. There are regular bus services that connect the airport to the town, with a journey time of around 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a taxi which should take around 5 minutes and cost approximately £10-£15.
