To get to Sidmouth by car from Exeter, follow the A3052 towards Sidmouth for approximately 16 miles. If you're coming from Taunton, take the A358 and then the A3052 for approximately 23 miles. From Plymouth, take the A38 towards Exeter and then follow the A376 and A3052 to Sidmouth for a total of approximately 40 miles.
If you prefer to travel by train, the closest station is Honiton, which is about a 15-minute drive away. From there, you can take a bus or a taxi to Sidmouth. Alternatively, the Exeter St David's station is around 20 miles away, and you can take a bus or taxi from there to reach Sidmouth.
