Visiting Invergordon

To get to Invergordon:

By car:

From Inverness, take the A9 northbound for approximately 20 miles, then take the exit towards Invergordon. Follow the road signs to reach Invergordon.

From Aberdeen, take the A96 towards Inverness, then join the A9 northbound and follow the same route as from Inverness.

By train:

The nearest train station is Invergordon Train Station. Trains run here from both Inverness and Wick.

If travelling from Inverness, take the train towards Wick and get off at Invergordon. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.

If travelling from Wick, take the train towards Inverness and get off at Invergordon. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

From landmarks, cities or towns:

• If travelling from Edinburgh, take the A9 northbound from Perth, then follow the same route as from Inverness.
• If travelling from Glasgow, take the A82 northbound towards Inverness, then join the A9 northbound and follow the same route as from Inverness.
