Visiting Ebbw Vale

To drive to Ebbw Vale, take the A465 from Merthyr Tydfil or Abergavenny. From Cardiff, take the A470 to Merthyr Tydfil and then join the A465. Alternatively, take the A4046 from Blackwood or Abertillery.

To get to Ebbw Vale by train, take the Ebbw Valley Railway line from Cardiff Central station, which stops at stations including Rogerstone, Risca & Pontymister, Newbridge and Llanhilleth on the way.

For those travelling from Newport, take the train to Rogerstone and change onto the Ebbw Valley Railway line. From Bristol, take the train to Newport and change onto the Ebbw Valley Railway line as well.
