- The Collection: A museum featuring archaeology, fine art, and costume collections from Lincoln and the surrounding area. Entry is also free, and it takes around an hour to explore the museum.
- Lincoln Castle: Another iconic landmark in Lincoln, the castle offers magnificent views of the town and fascinating exhibits on history and archaeology. Entry fees apply, with prices starting at £8 for adults. Plan to spend at least an hour and a half here.
- Steep Hill: For those who enjoy a bit of exercise, Steep Hill is a cobbled street that takes you from the town centre up to the Cathedral and Castle. There are many small independent shops, cafes, and restaurants along the way. It should take about 20-30 minutes to climb the hill.
