If you have 2-3 hours to spend in Bridgwater, here are a few suggestions:
- Visit the Bridgwater Museum: This small museum showcases the history of the town and its people. It should take around 1 hour to visit.
- Wander around Blake Gardens: This leafy park is a great place to catch your breath and enjoy some fresh air. You could spend anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour here.
- See St Mary's Church: This historic church dates back to the 14th century and features some interesting architecture. A quick visit should take around 20-30 minutes.
- Take a stroll along the River Parrett: The river runs through the town and offers some lovely views. You could easily spend an hour walking along its banks.
