If you have two days to spend in Bangor, there are several things you can do:
- Visit Bangor Castle and Walled Garden - this will take approximately 1-2 hours.
- Explore the North Down Coastal Path - you can walk as much or as little of this as you'd like, but it's worth setting aside at least half a day for some beautiful views.
- Check out Bangor Abbey - this will take about an hour.
- Visit Pickie Funpark - this is a great option if you're traveling with kids. It will take about 2-3 hours to fully explore.
- Go shopping on Main Street - how long you spend here is up to you, but there are plenty of shops and cafes to check out.
As far as places to stay, there are numerous options:
- The Salty Dog Hotel and Bistro - this is a popular option with a great location. It's a bit on the pricier side, but the rooms are nice and the food is excellent.
