- Explore the Sperrin Mountains: A breathtaking area of natural beauty that offers plenty of walking and cycling opportunities. A half-day trek is recommended to really take in the views.
- Take a trip to the Ulster American Folk Park: This open-air museum offers a glimpse into the lives of Irish immigrants who made their home in America. Allow a full day to explore.
- Visit the Gray's Printing Press: An interesting museum that showcases the history of printing in Ireland. Allow 1-2 hours for the visit.
- Explore the River Foyle: Take a trip along the river to see some of Strabane's rich wildlife, including otters, herons and kingfishers. A 2-hour boat trip is recommended.
