If you have one week to spend in South Derbyshire, there are many things you can do to make the most of your time:
- Visit the National Forest Adventure Farm, which offers a variety of activities including animal encounters and indoor play. This can take anywhere from half a day to a full day depending on how much you want to see and do.

- Take a trip to the Markeaton Park and Craft Village, where you can enjoy a picnic, hire a rowboat, or browse the various crafts on offer. This can take a few hours or a whole day depending on your interests.
